Hello, My lab was diagnostic with roundworm and the vet gave her Trifexis. She was vomiting several times tha day she had the tablet. I would like to switch to Milbemax but she weight 78 lbs. Will one dose be affective on a dog over %%lbs or should I increase the dose? Thank you in advance for your help, Sparrow's mom
