    This product treats lungworm. It has to be fed to your dog whereas Advocate is a spot-on treatment. Both products are very effective.

    i have 9 dogs can i combine nexgard chewables with milbemax?are you suggest something else?thanks

    Nexgard covers flea and tick and Milbemax covers all intestinal worms except Heartworm. If you live low risk heartworm area, this is a very good combination. If you don't want to take a risk at all, we recommend Nexgard + Heartgard. Or you can add a valuheart top of Nexgard / Milbemax combination
